STANDING ORDER N0. 305
DISCOVERY

It is the Order of the Superior Court, Juvenile Division, County of San Francisco, State of California, that the District Attorney and the Chief Juvenile Probation Officer of San Francisco County provide and furnish for inspection, copying and use, to Counsel of Record for the minor, the following enumerated items, excluding work product and confidential informants without further showing, on or before a date to be set by the Superior Court:

Any records of statements, admissions, or conversations by the minor, parent, guardian, or any alleged co-participant;

The name and address of any witness interviewed by any investigating authority in connection with the pending matter;

Any records of statements or conversations of any witness or other person interviewed by any investigating authority in connection with the pending matter;

The names and addresses of all persons who were percipient to the offense, whether or not they are to be called to testify against the minor or parent at the hearing, and the names and addresses of all persons percipient to the search of the minor's or parent's person or personal property at the scene of the arrest;

Any photographs or physical evidence relating to the pending matter;

Any reports or statements of experts made regarding the pending matter, including results of physical or mental examinations and of scientific tests, experiments, or comparisons;

All notes or reports of observations made by police officers, victim, witnesses, investigators, and psychiatrists at or near the time of the arrest of the minor, parent, or guardian concerning his physical appearance, apparent emotional state, and state of sobriety;

Examination of all photographs, video tapes, motion pictures, composites or likenesses shown to witnesses and prospective witnesses in this matter, if there were any, for the purpose of establishing the identity of suspects in the offense charged against the minor, parent, or guardian, and all reports concerning the display of such;

Any record of a prior felony conviction of any witness that any party intends to call;

The probation officer's report prepared in connection with the pending matter relating to the minor, parent, or guardian.

It is further ordered that this Order be deemed a continuing and ongoing order through completion of the hearing, so that any items granted by this Order, which are actually or constructively obtained by or become known to the District Attorney/City Attorney/Chief Juvenile Probation Officer of San Francisco County or any of his deputies, investigators, or employees, after initial compliance with this Order has been made, shall also be made available forthwith to Counsel for the minor, parent, or guardian.
